Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe jaune pâle reflets verts. C’est par un agréable nez que commence la dégustation. Arômes floraux, agrumes, fin et sans exubérance. La bouche attaque sur son côté minéral, pierre à fusil, c’est bien sec et bien net, puis viennent des arômes d’acacia, une pointe iodée. Finale nerveuse. Il accompagnera un beau plateau de fruits de mer.
