On démarre sur des arômes fruités (cassis, mûre) pour passer aux fleurs (violette). Les tanins pourraient paraître austères alors que c’est un vin élégant et gourmand. On finit joliment entre fruits et fleurs. A essayer sur une pièce de taureau grillé.
