Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe jaune avec de petits reflets dorés. Bulles persistantes et très crémeuses. Au nez, délicieuse sensation de marché avec des pommes anciennes, complétée par une belle attaque fraîche. La bouche n’est pas sans nous rappeler la sensation d’avoir croqué dans une pomme Golden bien juteuse. Un petit côté mentholé apporte une grande fraîcheur en finale. Champagne de conversation et de repas.
