Attention, on est dans la cour des grands ! Fruits noirs, gentiane, garrigue et touche boisée. A passer en carafe pour découvrir une texture dense, puissante, aux tanins solides. L’élevage est tenu d’une main de maître. Il faudra courir la garrigue pour trouver le sanglier qui va avec, par Toutatis !
