Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe jaune vert, très brillante. Nez un peu fermé, mais il en a sous la pédale. La bouche est très tendue, minérale et très longue en bouche. C’est un très beau blanc, racé, mais il faut l’attendre un peu car il ne s’exprime pas assez aujourd’hui. Il sera le compagnon gastronomique de Saint Jacques à la truffe.
