Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Superbe robe jaune pâle, très brillante. Belle expression florale au premier nez, puis expression du fruit à l’aération. Notes de cèdre et de fougères. En bouche, on retrouve le végétal de nos forêts et le minéral de nos terres. C’est tonique et cela fonctionne bien. Très agréable, il se fera le compagnon gourmand d’huîtres gratinées, crème de poireaux.
