Belle robe dense, jaune brillant, petits reflets or. Nez surprenant de gourmandise, intense parfum de verveine et d’acacia. La bouche surfe sur le duo riche-vif avec brio. Nous avons effectivement une attaque riche, presque avec du gras, une pointe de mie de pain, puis derrière un retour tonique. Vin très charmeur avec un beau potentiel qui fera le bonheur d’un carpaccio de Saint Jacques.
