Belle robe jaune doré agrémentée de bulles fines. Nez un peu sur l’évolution, l’oxydatif, puis les fruits secs. En bouche, c’est un vin de Champagne de belle facture aux accents de banane séchée. On déguste lentement pour finir sur une touche de curry.
