Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

On retrouve bien tout ce qu’on aime dans un merlot : parfums de prune Reine Claude, de fruits noirs enrobés d’un léger boisé. On mord la chair de prune à pleines dents, c’est gourmand, goûteux et prêt pour un casse croûte ou une belle pièce de bœuf.
