Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe rose clair, aux petits reflets saumonés, éclairée de bulles fines et persistantes. Nez très fruité, un peu amylique sur l’amande amère, la cerise, le noyau. En bouche, confirmation, belle note de soupe de cerises, un peu kirschée. C’est fin et équilibré. Parfait pour des macarons.
