Belle robe jaune pâle, reflets verts mettant en valeur les bulles très fines, mousse crémeuse. Senteurs délicates associant le minéral et le salin, très expressif et élégant. Nous adorons la touche iodée. C’est fin, et il se déguste sans fin. Petite touche muscatée en finale.
