Couleur pourpre intense. Nez aromatique de petits fruits rouges frais que l’on retrouve sublimés en bouche. Fin, élégant, ample. Finale très équilibrée. Beau potentiel de garde. A servir sur magret de canard, bécasse, lamproie à la bordelaise.
