Le mot intensité résume ce vin architecturalement bien construit. Droit, dense, direct, il développe des arômes d’épices, de poivre et montre un équilibre rare entre le fruit et l’alcool. « Un réel potentiel ». Une bouteille qui épousera à merveille un canard au foie gras. Bravo!
