Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe framboise légèrement soutenue. Nez sur le fruit rouge type griotte, assez fin. La chair est délicate, un peu grillée, poivrée. Rien n’est en excès, l’ensemble est gourmand, juteux, assez charmeur. Bref, un tendre Volnay pour une petite caille aux raisins.
