Senteurs riches, intenses, gourmandes, une note iodée. L’attaque est franche, nette et directe. On apprécie sa fraîcheur, son élégance, sa bouche pleine, sa minéralité sur des tons de silex. On verrait bien une poêlée d’escargots de Bourgogne aux morilles.
