Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle couleur jaune pâle reflets verts. Dès le premier nez, un effluve citronné, minéral nous envahit. Notes de pierre à fusil. La bouche est agréable et efficace. Ce que l’on attend d’un aligoté. C’est tonique, nous retrouvons ce côté minéral. Finale agrumes, écorce de pamplemousse, une pointe de fougères. Joli Aligoté qui ravira vos apéritifs et vos huîtres.
