Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

On aime les parfums d’orange confite, de gentiane et de pierre à fusil, puis les touches fumées. Un Champagne qui a de la personnalité, noisette, pain grillé beurré. Gai comme un concerto pour deux mandolines de Vivaldi.
