Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe framboise, soutenue. Le nez est discret et demande un peu d’aération. Viennent alors des arômes végétaux comme le poivron vert, et la terre humide. La bouche est souple et gourmande sur le fruit rouge, la framboise. C’est agréable et efficace. Joli vin de casse-croûte et terrines d’hiver.
