Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe profonde reflets violacés. Belle élégance au nez, nous sentons le soleil, très poivré, une pointe de pivoine. Belle complexité. La bouche ne dénote pas du style, chair soyeuse, chaleureuse, dense, notes de tabac, de myrtille noire, de sous-bois. Finale dans la même veine, complexe et riche. Très belle bouteille qui accompagnera parfaitement des cailles rôties.
