Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe rouge soutenue, reflets violacés. Le nez est très frais, dominé par des notes végétales, sous-bois, mentholées. Le bouche est élégante, fraîche, une pointe cacaotée. Ce vin est très élégant. Les tanins sont soyeux. Servir sur un poulet fermier rôti et purée (avec son jus bien sûr) par exemple.
