Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe aux légers reflets violacés. Le nez attaque sur la gourmandise avec un beau panier de framboises et de myrtilles, nous n’avons pas oublié de cueillir un petit bouquet de violettes en passant. La bouche est dynamique avec un beau fruité intense et de jolis petits tanins en fin de bouche. Notes de tabac blond. Parfait sur le célèbre coq au vin.
