Belle effervescence, mousse crémeuse. Belle robe brillante aux petits reflets dorés. Le premier nez délivre des notes fumées, empyreumatiques, puis arrivent des notes de grillé façon pain de campagne. La bouche est vineuse, avec une belle complexité autour des fruits secs.
