Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle couleur jaune clair, brillante. Les bulles fines se transforment en une jolie mousse bien persistante. Nez très expressif sur les agrumes, un peu brioché. La bouche est juteuse avec des accents exotiques (ananas). Ce côté tutti-frutti lui donne un ton très plaisant. Allez vite ! A l’apéritif avec quelques huîtres!
