Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe grenat aux reflets rubis assez soutenus. Nez un peu giboyeux. La bouche est dominée par un boisé fumé et vanillé. Des petites touches de fruits mûrs, de sous-bois, complètent la dégustation. L’ensemble est agréable et pourra accompagner un beau roastbeef par exemple.
