Superbe cordon vif et allègre. Un Champagne aromatique : pain de campagne, nougat aux amandes. La bouche est plutôt sur des notes de plantes à la touche saline. Vineux, c’est là un bel ouvrage. A imaginer accompagnant la peau craquante d’une cannette rôtie.
