Une valeur sûre, belle robe brillante, nez de cassis, de fraise écrasée, avec une touche de poivre blanc. Le tout bien équilibré, gourmand, la belle finale laisse courir les tanins soyeux. Vin de haut vol à servir avec un plat savoureux, un pigeon rôti à la française.
