Une Messaline fort parfumée aux fruits noirs et aux épices. Elle est gourmande, on s’en serait douté. Sa fraîcheur nous a charmés, la finale marquée par le terroir de Boutenac a apporté sa touche iodée. On verrait bien un foie gras poêlé, déglacé avec ce vin.
