Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Robe très sombre, nez de fruits noirs, myrtille et mûre, pointe de lavande, une touche épicée. Il perd son austérité qui avait été un frein à la dégustation précédente au profit de jolies saveurs confites assorties de plantes. Il se révèle enfin le Fer Servadou !
