Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe noire soutenue aux petits reflets grenat. Joli nez sur des notes grillées, une pointe d’évolution, un peu giboyeux, notes de tabac et de cannelle. La bouche est élégante, tanins fondus, notes d’expresso, de truffe, de poivre. C’est très élégant. Il accompagnera aussi un gratin d’aubergines au bœuf et mozzarella.
