Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe, brillante, limpide, un rose anglais, éclatant. Citron et citronnelle apportent la gaieté, les senteurs de figue le fond. L’attaque est friande, puis minérale et acidulée, une touche de gaz carbonique affirme le côté joyeux. Joli brin de rosé.
