Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Très belle robe brillante d’un rouge violacé. Le nez est pur fruit, pur gamay, expressif et gourmand. La bouche confirme : juteuse à souhait, panier de fruits rouges : cerise burlat, cassis, presque jus de raisin. Finale désaltérante. Servir légèrement frais sur un beau saucisson.
