Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe jaune vert, très brillante. Nez fin et expressif sur des notes végétales et florales, un peu fleurs d’oranger. C’est agréable. La bouche est pleine de rondeur, de gras, une touche d’amande, une pointe de silex. Finale très équilibrée et rafraîchissante.
Servir vers 10° sur une belle terrine de poissons ou un gratin d’écrevisses
