Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Nez riche et complexe avec une attaque franche sur le buis et le genêt puis le chariot de fruits arrive, abricot, pêche, cueillis en pleine saison et à maturité. La ronde des desserts continue en bouche, notes de miel, de pâtes de coing, nous pourrions basculer dans la lourdeur mais la belle trame d’acidité fait office de colonne vertébrale et nous donne un grand vin blanc, riche. Servir vers 10° sur un velouté de châtaignes et foie gras.
