Une bouche très mûre qui met en relief un nez compoté et une bouche équilibrée, kirsch s’achevant sur une finale mentholée. Un vin à point qui se montre puissant mais sans excès. Une fin de bouche longue, tout en dentelle. A essayer sur un gigot d’agneau au thym ou avec une poêlée de girolles. Très élégant.
