La fraîcheur est le maître mot de ce vin. L’acidité bien maitrisée donne une réelle vivacité : le citron, une pointe mentholée au nez annoncent un vin élégant. La bouche confirme l’impression. Ample et gras, il sera un partenaire idéal pour accompagner un poisson. Pourquoi pas un sandre au beurre blanc.
