« Gourmand et nerveux » tels sont les deux qualificatifs qui résument ce vin particulièrement réussi. Les fruits sont présent tant au nez qu’à la bouche. Dégustation très agréable mais aussi prometteuse. Domaine à suivre. Bravo!
A essayer avec un gigot d’agneau au thym.
