On s’attarde forcément sur la robe ambre, puis on s’enivre des notes fumées, enfin la noix s’impose.
La suite est à la mesure de ces accords : noix, noisette, chocolat, touche toastée. Grande longueur, on frôle la perfection dans les liquoreux.
