Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Fichtre quelle farandole de parfums. Floraux bien sûr (iris, rose) et plus que cela. On mâche une chair magnifique, des fruits en salade (cassis, prunes) relevés d’une pointe de Cognac. Il a pris une amplitude depuis notre dernière dégustation, qui nous ravit. C’est superbe, une bouteille de Noël.
