Gras et puissant, il peut être aéré, voire carafé pour lui donner le temps de s’exprimer. Belle matière qui fait écho aux arômes de fenouil, de menthe et d’anis. « Complexe il mérite d’être détaillé pour être compris » résume un des dégustateurs. A essayer avec un poisson cuisiné.
