Les arômes sont bien affirmés : épices, poivre noir, airelles. On pourrait le croire austère pourtant il devient vite bavard et délivre des accents très ronds. Finale réglissée pour prolonger la conversation.
Pourquoi pas sur du chevreuil sauce poivrade.
