13 ans : une belle jeunesse et de l’assurance. Pourtant ce sont des arômes affirmés : cuir, sous bois et olive verte. Souple et riche, une matière pleine aux saveurs de pain d’épices. A ce jour, magistral.
A essayer sur des pâtes au foie gras et aux champignons.
