Un pinot noir au bouquet mentholé agrémenté d’anis étoilé et d’épices (Madras). Saveurs de banane séchée et de fruits mûrs, légère amertume en finale qui disparaît très vite. Pas de doute, c’est pour un apéritif convivial autour de tapas.
