Un nez d’herbe sèche où l’on retrouve des tonalités propres au terroir mâconnais. Il est souple, un tantinet pierreux. Toute l’expression de la nature et du sol. En un mot:"naturel". On en abuserait ainsi que de la rosette et de la baguette bien craquante.
