Le terroir est fortement marqué. Minéralité, pierre à fusil sont les premières impressions. Le nez est orienté vers les agrumes et une légère touche florale. Le plaisir est bien présent et saura agréablement accompagner un poisson pour les classiques, mais bien plus pour les autres.
