Commentaires de dégustation dithyrambiques : « Un vin confit et rôti ! », « Étonnant, hors normes ! ». Vin très équilibré qui séduit tout au long de la dégustation : nez subtil entre miel et fleur d’oranger, bouche élégante qui joue sur la douceur et la longueur. Le sucre est présent mais sans excès. Voilà un chardonnay qui doit s’ouvrir lors d’une grande occasion. Fabuleux.
