L’harmonie apporte le lien entre le nez (violette, vanille, fruits noirs) et la bouche. Un vin structuré qui joue entre puissance et souplesse, fruits et fleurs. La fluidité le rend accessible à tous mais son caractère nécessitera un plat authentique. Eléonore pourrait s’appeler Constance tant sa qualité se maintient d’année en année.
