Nez citronné, orange .
Bouche : grasse, belle acidité, douceur à l’attaque.
« Très original » s’exprime ainsi l’un des dégustateurs. Une attaque douce, « bonbon », qui laisse ensuite la place à un trait de minéralité supporté par l’acidité. Le nez très expressif invite à la dégustation. A suivre.
