Quelle puissance ! Une bouche très nuancée qui apporte rondeur, autorité et élégance.
Déjà très bon il supportera facilement quelques années de cave. Certainement idéal avec un gibier (un lièvre à la royale ou une gigue de chevreuil). Un moment de bonheur en perspective.
