Plaisante finesse des agrumes parfumés. On goûte l’orange confite et le miel d’acacia. Champagne complexe, riche sans lourdeur. La fraîcheur accompagne la dégustation et pourrait trouver sa place tout au long d’un repas. Les bulles se promènent agréablement. Du grand art.
