Magnifique ! Nougat, miel, pâte d’amandes, agrumes et notes fumées. Un Champagne élaboré, droit, suave, vineux. Bref, un travail d’artiste qui montre suffisamment de vivacité et de rondeur. Tout le plaisir d’un grand vin. A mettre aussi à la cave pour les grandes occasions.
